The driver for Newham mayor Robin Wales forces his car through protestors outside the town hall in East London. Protestors from the Focus E15 Mothers group wanted to attend the council meeting to raise their concerns over housing and the abandoned Carpenters Estate where 600 home lay empty. At East Ham town hall they found the doors to the public gallery locked. Protestors tried to stop Mayor Wales leaving so the mothers could talk with him.
