Government appointed commissioners enter Tower Hamlets town hall at the start of an investigation into misconduct. The commisioners appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Eric Pickles were Max Caller and Sir Ken Knight. Tower Hamlets has faced two previous investigations in 2014 by the Metropolitan Police and Price Waterhouse Cooper. Both investigations found no evidence of corruption or criminality.
