An unofficial picket line is held for 11 electricians made redundant or being in a union by building services contractor company Tommy Clarkes. One of those made redundant was Unite shop steward Graham Boxall. He said: We are holding an unofficial picket here. It is an unofficial picket and T Clarkes have issued notices to all their employees who I have asked not to cross the picket that if they do not cross the picket they will be in breach of their terms and conditions. Because to cabin up and not cross the picket is viewed as taking part in unoffcial industrial action. HD Footage. © Jason N. Parkinson/reportdigital.co.uk
