Staff try to carry on as protesters from Montgomeryshire Against Pylons occuply the SPEN and National Grid Public consultation event and exhibition Information Event windfarm roadshow. The preferred routes selected to connect wind farms to the National Grid wil entail a 400,000-volt line will run from a substation to be built at Cefn Coch, near Llanfair Caereinion to Lower Frankton, near Oswestry, across some of the most beautiful countryside in Shropshire and Mid Wales.
